Did you hear the news? ShipMonk has been named a Business Intelligence Group “Company of the Year” for 2023! 

The Business Intelligence Group BIG Awards are for entrepreneurs, products, and companies that are leading their respective industries. This is the 4th year in a row ShipMonk has earned this title, and we couldn’t be more honored. 

BIG was founded with the mission of recognizing exceptional talent and performance in the business world. This year 81 global leaders were recognized in the 2023 BIG Awards for their innovation and vision. ShipMonk was a part of the 14 premier companies that shone in terms of growth, vision, positive impact, and perseverance. 

These are all qualities at the foundation of ShipMonk’s operation and strategy. More than that, we have made a name for ourselves in the business world because we are a company for entrepreneurs founded and run by entrepreneurs.

ShipMonk took the ecommerce industry by storm when founder Jan Bednar first envisioned a 3PL provider that would disrupt an industry plagued by slow turnaround and inefficiencies. The goal: allow all businesses, not just giants, to ship quickly and affordably—building their brands with a “grow more, stress less” mindset.

Through technology, transparency, and of course hard work, the ShipMonk team has achieved this goal, expanding to 12 state-of-the-art fulfillment locations and counting.

In sum, ShipMonk designed 3PL services to help ecommerce companies run as smoothly and efficiently as possible—making higher profits and less stress a daily reality. Nine years later our 3PL ecommerce company is thrilled to have been able to do this mission justice, affording new opportunities for many brands across many verticals. It’s these accomplishments that have worked together to earn us the title “Company of the Year” four years running through one of the world’s most respected awards programs.

Unlike other industry award programs, business executives—those with experience and knowledge—judge the programs. The organization’s proprietary and unique scoring system selectively measures performance across multiple business domains and then rewards those companies whose achievements stand above those of their peers.
