Does it cover all my receiving and returns?
It covers receiving discrepancies and non-new returns. Standard receivings that match the ASN and returns received in new condition don’t trigger photo capture.
Where do I find the photos?
In the ShipMonk portal. Receiving photos attach to the ASN in your Receiving List. Return photos attach to the RMA and you can filter by whether returns include photos.
Can I use these photos in disputes?
Yes. Photos are timestamped and can be used as evidence in vendor claims, customer chargebacks, or marketplace disputes.
