  • Are there any goods I can’t have in the UK facility?

    Any goods prohibited by the UK’s Royal Mail are ineligible for the UK facility. Please see the complete list here for details.

  • What impact does Brexit have? Can I ship to the rest of Europe?

    Many feared that Brexit would negatively impact the United Kingdom’s eCommerce business, but those fears have gone unrealized as the industry continues to grow. However, Brexit has led those wishing to import or export goods from the United Kingdom to the rest of Europe to deal with new taxes and regulations. We will be able to ship to the rest of Europe from the UK facility; however, any goods shipped to EU member states will be subject to VAT.
