This week in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida we’ve chosen to recognize Ray M. for Thank You Thursday! Ray has been a part of the Shipmonk Florida team since before we had conveyors! Not only is Ray our top performer building-wide, but he’s also our top ambassador, training almost every picker in the building. Jesse T. is the #thankyouthursday winner for Pittston, Pennsylvania!!! Jesse exemplifies our Shipmonk culture and values everyday. Another #thankyouthursday goes to Deandre B. — always the first associate to arrive at his fulfillment center, he has a great work ethic and attitude. Deandre loves learning new things and he asks a lot of questions to ensure he fully understands. Deandre has quickly shown himself to be a leader amongst his peers as he provides help to others.

New Jersey Fulfillment Center

New Jersey’s Thank You Thursday goes to Yuvitza R. She did an amazing job this past week supporting the Operation Team. She helped teach and organize new hires. She demonstrated strong leadership on how to be a team player. While doing this she also learned a new process and helped make sure that orders went out in a timely manner. We are lucky to have her on the team.

Thank You Thursday goes to Don P. for the Kentucky facility. Don is considered a “jack of all trades.” He can pick, pack, operate equipment, do putaways, help with adjusting locations, and any other odd job we can throw at him! Thank you for all of your hard work, Don!

The California team had the honor of thanking Army Veteran, Eric V. on this #thankfulthursday. Eric has been a California ShipMonker for one year. Eric always has a helpful and easy-going attitude. When we presented Eric with this award, he told us how grateful he was for the recognition because he strives to do a better job every day. Canada Fulfillment Center

Thank You Thursday at the Ontario, Canada facility goes to Jen H. Jen has been providing support as a lead packing associate, solving packing issues and ensuring client-specific packaging supply counts inventory. She has been with us a long time and has great attendance. She is a great multitasker who helps with forklift driving, replenishment, inventory count, unloading, receiving, and shipping while picking with good KPI everyday.

We also want to thank Dorcus, who provides consistent support on packing with great punctuality. Thank you, Dorcus, for all your ongoing support to ShipMonk. Thank you both for all your efforts and the hard work you do.

I am excited to share that we have started Thank You Thursdays at our Toronto facility in Canada. We rewarded Carlington W. and Mathew A. for their fabulous ownership on the floor as well as the support that they’ve been providing to the team. They have been keen in the tasks they are assigned and they own their departments very well. Also, we rewarded Oral for the consistency in attendance as well as ongoing ownership and support in the shipping department.
