BetterBack’s Story

After raising $1.2 million on Kickstarter, BetterBack founder Katherine Krug sought services from a well-known fulfillment company. Soon after shipping her first backer rewards, the “other” fulfillment company not only began messing up orders, even worse, they refused to take responsibility and failed to communicate their mistakes. When it came time to ship to her Indiegogo backers, Katherine knew it was time to find a better solution. Not only was ShipMonk the perfect fit for her, but we were able to offer better pricing.
