As a Senior Product Manager you will play a key role in crafting and driving forward the product vision. You will be responsible for defining and executing on the product roadmap by working collaboratively with both the market facing functions (sales, marketing, customer success) and on a day-to-day basis with the development team.

Requirements

  • Help define the core product vision, goals, functionality and requirements
  • Own roadmap and constantly prioritize the team’s initiatives based on business goals, user needs, and timeline
  • Own end-to-end feature delivery – write specs, work cross-functionally with design and engineering, launch features, analyze results, synthesize learnings, and iterate
  • Collaborate effectively with design, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams
  • Coordinate product release communications and define the go-to-market strategy both internally and externally to ensure a cohesive message (support portal updates, account tutorials, notifications, etc.)
  • Project management oversight necessary to make sure new products and features ship on time and with excellent quality
  • Define & analyze critical metrics to inform decision making & measure success
  • Mentor and develop other members of the product team as we grow and scale
  • Own and execute on product training for the team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of product management experience preferred, or equivalent responsibilities managing a B2B SaaS
  • Prior startup experience is a plus
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking skills
  • Ability to lead and work autonomously
  • Proficiency in turning customer and market needs into a compelling, successful product strategy
  • You are sharp, market-focused and detail oriented product manager laser focused on results
  • Strong Product Intuition: You have a clear sense of how to gather insights and synthesize consumer needs
  • Consumer-First Mindset: You obsess about how to make product experiences intuitive and ensure that you are prioritizing the consumer’s best interest in product decisions
  • Strong Design Sense: You have a high bar for quality product, and can work through design challenges to make a great product
  • Technical Chops: You speak intelligently with engineers and know how to build incrementally with a focus on the future
