Fulfillment Specialist (Sales)

Our Sales Ninja position will be focusing on keeping up with demand and accelerating growth.


  • Co-designing outbound prospecting efforts to identify new potential customers.
  • Utilize ShipMonk's Customer Relationship Management tools to manage and nurture inbound leads, assisting sales pipeline conversions and the quantity and quality of opportunities available to our sales team.
  • You will act as a liaison between marketing and sales by managing, directing, qualifying, and processing the flow of inbound and outbound leads and opportunities.
  • Attend tradeshows to prospect new clients and represent ShipMonk’s culture.

You’re probably a good fit if…

  • Networking and building relationships come naturally to you.
  • You’re comfortable being uncomfortable and ardent about figuring things out.
  • 2 years of sales experience and meeting quotas of $500,000 - $1,000,000
  • Logistics and fulfillment experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Saleforce is a major plus.
  • More than anything else, you are empathetic and have a genuine desire to help other people.
