Description

Security & Admin Duties:

  • Check people in and out
  • Check-in temps
  • Give login & access cards to temps
  • Administration related to employees and temps in&outs
  • Walk the premises (specific routes, number of times per day)
  • Incident reporting, enforcing rules, monitoring parking, etc.
  • Greeting residents and guests, screening visitors, access control, CCTV monitoring, loss prevention

Inventory Duties (in between arriving and leaving):

  • Location checks
  • Inventory ID and put-away

Requirements

  • Minimum High School Diploma / GED Equivalent
  • Must be a minimum 21 years of age
  • 1-2 years work experience in a similar role (Preferred)
  • Valid State of California Unarmed Security Officer License (Guard Card)
  • Ability and desire to deliver exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Must be able to clearly communicate in English. Spanish not required, but a plus
  • Well-groomed and capable of performing all physical requirements
  • Pass an extensive background check (criminal record, driving record, drug testing, etc.)
  • Have intermediate computer skills
  • Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently
  • Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds
  • Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift
  • Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time
